Free Returns

We are committed to serving our customers with products of a high standard. We believe in our quality and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchases from us. However, should you wish to return your products we offer a free returns service via Royal Mail.

  1. Print a pre-paid label to your parcel ensuring the original delivery labels are covered and removed.
  2. Complete the returns note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel, making sure the order number is clearly visible.
  3. Post the parcel at your local Post Office and ensure you keep the receipt and 'proof of postage' until you've received your refund.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. Although we are unable to notify you when the parcel reaches our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes: underwear or swimwear where the package has been opened, accessories without the original packaging.

Taxes and duties are calculated acording to your shipping desination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

At the moment we do not offer free returns outside of the UK.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take u to 10 working days to show on your account due to processing times between payment providers.

As mentioned above, all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with all the SEDLEY designer tags attached to them. This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. WE reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

For example we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

  • The prodct(s) have been used, worn; damaged or washed;
  • The SEDLEY tag are not attached to the product or have not been returned. Please note that the tags constitute an integral part of our products

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may choose to have the product(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Yout item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days or receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as website credit.
