Shipping & Delivery
When your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email. We use Royal Mail for UK shipments and DHL Express Service for all international shipments.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, e.g. an office address that has been provided for delivery.

How to track your order
You will receive a confirmation email from Royal Mail with an option to track the package as well as view alternative delivery options where possible.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties are calculated acording to your shipping desination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.
We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
